To be considered for the Chancellor’s International Scholarship,

  1. A placement on a qualifying course at Sussex must have been offered to you and accepted.
  2. To assure consideration for the scholarship, you must have submitted an application for your course before March 1, 2023. (excluding meeting other eligibility criteria).
  3. In addition, applications for the Chancellors International Scholarships will be accepted beginning at 9:00 a.m. (GMT) on April 12, 2023, and will end automatically at 23:59 (GMT) on April 26, 2023.

The scholarship application will ask you for-

  • Personal information: including the name, email address, and applicant number
  • Education information: Your projected or final grade, depending on whether you are still in school or have finished.
    Explain your academic accomplishments to date and your future goals in a supporting statement of no more than 500 words. Why should you be awarded this scholarship, and what effect will it have on your time at Sussex and your return to your home country?
