STEP 1:

To begin the procedure, go to the official CAO registration website and click on the “CAO my application” symbol on the website dashboard next to the “Home icon.”

STEP 2:

Continue by correctly entering your personal information.

STEP 3:

INCLUDE YOUR CURRENT AND VALID EMAIL ADDRESS: This is critical because email is one of the most commonly used communication channels between the website and you.

Additionally, the email allows you to receive timely reminders or updates regarding your course statistics and information upgrades.

STEP 4:

Based on your educational qualifications, identify and select the necessary qualification and assessment provisions.

STEP 5:

PAYMENT OF FEE: Review and choose the best payment method for you. You have the option of paying the cost with a debit or credit card.

The payment system is safe and reliable because it is managed by Global Payments. This means that no data from the fee payment and bank transaction will be stored on the website, ensuring its security. Payment completion unlocks the remaining registration processes.

STEP 6:

PASSWORD CREATION: Enter your first password now. Don’t be concerned if you’ve forgotten your login password. The site offers a password recovery option via the link “forgot my password.” For account recovery, you will need to supply information such as the registration number, date of birth numerals, and the first email address used when creating the account.

STEP 7:

APPLICATION NO: After entering a password, click on the icon that says “Proceed with the application.” This will give you a CAO application number, which will also be forwarded to your email address.

STEP 8:

Check your resisted email inbox for a message including your application number to confirm if your registration was successful.

If you do not receive the email, even after refreshing the email icon, it means that the registration process was unsuccessful. If you do not receive a No, please contact customer service via their official email address, which is available via their Website Contact Information.
