The Volkswagen Graduate Training Program 2024 offers a unique opportunity for permanent employment, complemented by a year-long training period dedicated to developing skills and expertise. During this time, participants will engage in full-time roles within one of Volkswagen’s Divisions. The primary objective of the program is to nurture and cultivate high-potential individuals, equipping them to become future leaders in their respective fields.

The program offers graduates a fully rounded experience of Volkswagen business including mentorship, coaching and on the job training all whilst earning competitive salary and enjoying comprehensive range of benefits, including a company car. Applicants should display a broad range of interests and the future of the Auto Industry i.e. Electric Vehicles and have an overall aggregate of 65% in their academic results.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Graduate Training Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Applicants must have obtained a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering for those applying for the ‘Engineering category’.
- Applicants applying for the ‘General category’ must have obtained a national diploma, B-Tech, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, Marketing, Public Relations, Information Technology, Data Science/Computer Science, Public Management & Administration, Finance, Logistics.
- Applicants must display interest in the Automobile industry.
- Applicants need to have completed at least their undergraduate degree or degree equivalent by the end of 2023.
