SAVF Bursary Programme 2024
The SAVF offers partial coverage for the annual educational expenses of veterinary science studies through its bursary programme. Each year, two bursaries worth R10,000 are available. Furthermore, two of these bursaries are provided in partnership with Lakato Veterinary Wholesalers.

- BVSc IV and BVSc V students seeking financial assistance
- Minimum 60% average examination marks
- Active participation in student activities, including sports, cultural activities, or any other aspect of student life
HOW TO APPLY
- Complete the SAVF Online Application Form.
- Answer the 10 multiple-choice questionnaires on the SAVF. Include and upload the following documents:
- Proof of current student debt in PDF format
- Certified copy of the 2013 academic record in PDF format
- A concise Curriculum Vitae uploaded on the SAVF web form
